We stayed in the 60 sq.m twin premium room. This room is very spacious, clean, and can easily accommodate up to 4 people, though the website says it accommodates 3. This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff and we would like to give special thanks to Lverson (chef)and Park from the restaurant as their kindness and professionalism have enhanced our dining experience in the hotel's only restaurant. We also particularly appreciate the washing facilities with commercial washing machines and dryers. The hotel is also situated in a very convenient location surrounded by endless shopping streets, eateries, and transport systems. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice business hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Xi’an near the Bell Tower. It’s within easy walking distance of the main tourist center and the city walls, which made getting around really convenient. The rooms were modern, well-equipped, and the entire hotel felt newly renovated and in excellent condition. Breakfast was really good. Nice Gym and laundry facilities.

Property was clean and up to standard for a Hilton hotel. Great location for lots of sight seeing point and metro stations. Food and restaurant are also around the corner in short distance, wonderful for garbing a nice snack or going to quality traditional/local Xi’an restaurants to have a taste of Chinese food. Moreover I would love to praise two members of staff in this Hilton Hotel, firstly it was Mr 張人宇he was very friendly regarding to his approach towards my request for room changing. Second of all it was Miss 平 Nicole she was very polite and proactive during the phone call for helping me out to locate my suspected left over clothing item in the hotel room during my time. Fortunately it was a mistake, there’s no such an item being left over after our stay.

This is an excellent hotel. It is clean, definitely brand new and well maintained (as of Jan 2025) and extremely well located. The rooms are massive and well maintained. The gym was excellent - well sized, modern and lots of the right equipment across weights and cardio. For the price point I am astonished how good it was. The main thing is the quality of the staff. From the minute we got to this hotel to leaving the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was great - the staff Lucky and Park looked after us so well (especially my dad who had very special dietary requirements but they made us feel comfortable). Also they're so lovely and smiley despite the language barrier on my side - that's all the staff in the breakfast dining and hospitality section.

The location is excellent. Very centrally located to visited the city walls, bell tower, drum tower and the Muslim food street. It’s was extremely clean. Great breakfast choice. Laundry room to do self wash. Freindly helpful staff. Great places for coffee near by and places to eat. Great place for a couple of nights to visit the terracotta warriors

This hotel is in an excellent location within the old city. It is immediately accessible to a range of F&B offers including a great laneway almost opposite the site.

Brand new hotel with generous rooms in nice location. I would stay at this hotel again when returning to Xi‘An and not waste time with searching for alternatives. Travelers from Europe need adaptors for power supply in rooms of this hotel or only use the USB-C plugin.
